Introduction

This guide describes commands to use when accessing peripheral interfaces on Embedded Artists i.MX 6/7/8/9 based (u)COM boards from Linux and U-Boot. Different CPUs have different capabilities, so each section starts with a table showing what is supported for each CPU.

The instructions have been tested when using the ea-image-base image which can be downloaded from imx.embeddedartists.com.
